Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of field sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field sales representatives.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Research particular accounts and follow or generate sales leads
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
  • Age Min 21 to Max 40
  • Min 2 Year experience in Field Sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
