Agency Development Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Agency Growth and Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment, training, and development of new agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment of new agency partners to expand the network.
• Design and implement training programs to ensure agent success.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help agencies achieve performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure long-term partnerships.
  Requirements:
• Graduation in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, agency management, or sales.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess, develop, and nurture talent.
