Agency Recruitment and Development Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Agency Growth and Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment, training, and development of new agency partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment of new agency partners to expand the network.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure agent success.
- Support agencies in meeting performance goals through ongoing coaching and development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with agents to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirement :
- Graduation of any field
- 2+Experience in recruitment and agency management and sales department .
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and develop talent.
