Job Description
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area by managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets within the area.
- Develop and execute local sales strategies based on market analysis and customer needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
- Ensure effective distribution and supply chain management in the area.
- Report on sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ experience in sales management or business development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
