Job Description
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team within a designated geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a managerial role.
