Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Officer to lead our sales team in driving revenue and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the field sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Set realistic and challenging sales targets for the field sales team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
• Age Min 21 to Max 40
•  Min 2 Years experience in field Sales
•  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
