Job Description
An Assistant Sales Manager assists in driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervise and guide the sales team, providing training and motivation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing complaints effectively.
- Track sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to management.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and manage promotional materials.
- Help develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms
