Job Description

An Assistant Sales Manager assists in driving sales performance, developing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations within the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Assist the Sales Manager in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Supervise and guide the sales team, providing training and motivation.
  •  Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing complaints effectively.
  •  Track sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to management.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels and manage promotional materials.
  •  Help develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM platforms
