Job Description

As the Channel Sales Manager for Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with agents, financial planners, and other distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a channel sales strategy to promote life insurance products through agents, brokers, and other partners.
  • Build strong relationships with top-performing agents and key partners in the financial planning community.
  • Provide ongoing training, support, and guidance to channel partners to optimize their sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for partners.
  • Regularly evaluate channel partner performance and recommend improvements to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 year experience related filed

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset.
