Job Description

As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for examining future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

Recognizing new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation strategies
Recruit the team and sales the insurance policy
Set and met sales earnings targets
Keeping a healthy relationship with the current and new customers
Designing and planning various sales activities
Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
Researching competitors’ products, prices, and marketing insights
Sustaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops
Desired Candidates Profile:

Good sales and negotiation skills
Ability to offer fantastic customer service
Ability to handle numerous tasks efficiently
Good managerial skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Mini. 2 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing in any field
