Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at orgainzation. This role involves engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and driving sales by offering the right life insurance solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a field-based sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential clients through field visits, referrals, and networking.
✅ Client Meetings & Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their insurance needs and present suitable solutions.
✅ Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
✅ Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and product offerings.
✅ Follow-Up & Documentation: Ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients and complete all necessary documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
✔️ Education: Graduate (Any discipline, MBA preferred)
✔️ Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or financial services.
✔️ Strong Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to pitch and sell effectively.
