Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across a designated region. In this role, you will oversee a team of sales representatives, implement strategic sales plans, and drive business growth within the region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet business goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
 Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2+ experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
