Summary:
We are looking for a manager who can lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve team and company goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase premiums and market share.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead, motivate, and develop a team of life insurance agents.
· Ensure that team members are providing outstanding customer service.
· Track and monitor team performance and make adjustments as needed.
· Provide support and guidance to team members.
· Daily Market visit
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1.5+ years of experience in the life insurance industry.
· Strong sales skills and experience.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
