We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Agency Channel team. The BDM will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets through team
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-performing insurance agents.
· Set sales targets for the team and individual agents, and monitor progress towards achieving them.
· Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration and achieve business objectives.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
· Min. 2-3 years of experience in sales and Marketing
· Local candidate required
· Good Networking and communication skill
