Job Description
The Sales Manager supports the sales team in executing strategies to achieve revenue targets. They assist in managing customer relationships, generate new business, track sales performance, and provide support in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in negotiations with clients and work to close deals.
Requirement :
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 year experience in sales or customer service roles, ideally in a related industry.
