As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance agents to achieve ambitious sales goals. You will play a critical role in ensuring our company offers exceptional customer service and builds strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Train and coach agents on life insurance products, industry regulations, and effective sales techniques.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks faced by your team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new life insurance products.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
