Job Description
The Sales Manager for the Insurance Agency Channel will be responsible for driving sales
growth, managing a team of insurance agents, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, team leadership, and
customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and tactics to maximize revenue growth and
profitability
• Manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional
customer service
• Recruit, train, and develop new agents to achieve business objectives
• Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and recognition
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure cross-functional alignment and
optimal customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and services to stay competitive
and relevant
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build strong relationships
with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends
