Job Description
As a Unit Sales Manager, you will lead and support a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support the field sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and goals.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Achieve and exceed predetermined sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Age: Min 21 Years – Max 40 Years
