Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team of insurance agents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with agents and clients to foster loyalty and growth.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and identify potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction among customers and provide exceptional support to agents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • At least 1 year of field sales experience in any industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; adept at negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Ownership of a bike and a valid driver’s license.
