Job Description

The Unit Sales Executive – BFSI is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the BFSI sector.
  • Drive sales of financial products, including insurance, loans, investment products, and banking solutions
  • Manage existing client relationships, ensuring retention and upsell opportunities’
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of BFSI products and industry dynamics
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong client relationship management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales
