Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition: Identifying and meeting potential customers to open New Savings and Current Accounts (CASA).
Field Sales: Engaging in daily outdoor marketing activities and local travel to meet prospects.
Lead Generation: Generating leads through networking, cold calling, and local market mapping.
Cross-Selling: Educating customers on other bank offerings like Credit Cards, Loans, and Insurance.
Compliance: Ensuring error-free KYC documentation and smooth customer onboarding.
Candidate Profile
Education: Any Graduate (Freshers are highly encouraged).
Skills: Strong communication, persuasive personality, and result-oriented mindset.
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
Language: Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English is preferred.
