Job Description
You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates, educating them about our agency program, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Responsibility:
- Utilize your personal and professional network to identify potential candidates who may be interested in becoming insurance agents or distributors.
- Conduct extensive market research and outreach to generate leads and expand the candidate pool.
- Initiate contact with potential candidates via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits, opportunities, and responsibilities associated with becoming an agent or distributor of our company.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with interested candidates to provide detailed information about the role, expectations, compensation structure, and support provided by the company.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with candidates to encourage their commitment to the recruitment process.
- While the primary objective is to recruit agents and distributors, you may also be required to sell insurance policies to clients when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to potential candidates or their referrals.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to help agents succeed in their roles and achieve their sales targets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and negotiation experience.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
- Prior experience in any field sales or market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 of experience in field sales.
- Required Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Age between 21 to 38.
- Required to know the local language.
- Required two-wheeler.
