Job Summary:
The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team that focuses on initiating contact with potential customers through outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives or executives.
- Set performance targets, KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback to improve results.
- Oversee daily prospecting activities and ensure high-quality lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
