Job Description

Job Summary:

The Outbound Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team that focuses on initiating contact with potential customers through outbound channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and manage a team of outbound sales representatives or executives.
  • Set performance targets, KPIs, and provide regular coaching and feedback to improve results.
  • Oversee daily prospecting activities and ensure high-quality lead generation.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies in line with company objectives.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
