Job Description

To lead a team, push sales initiatives, and meet revenue targets, an energetic Direct Sales Manager  with a solid knowledge in the insurance business is required.

Responsibility:

  • Finding prospective agent and creating interest in insurance products is known as prospecting and lead generation.
  • Evaluating the needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate insurance policies.
  • Assessing the chance of risk related to a new insurance agent.
  • Interacting on behalf of the business with regulatory bodies.
  • Supporting the insurance company as a whole to succeed
  • To accomplish sales goals and targets, inspire, guide, and lead a group of sales personnel.

Skills & Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject in any field
  • Demonstrated history of success in field sales, ideally in the insurance sector.
  • Results-oriented mentality with a focus on generating revenue growth and providing outstanding agent service.
  • Excellent persuasive and negotiating abilities.

Candidate Required

  • Pays 2.75 to 3.15 LPA + Incentive
  • Age range: 21 to 38 years old
