Responsibilities :
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Manage the month-end and year-end close processed
On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate / MB
Experience : 1 to 4 years of Sales & Marketing
Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years
Two Wheeler Required
