Job Description

The Unit Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Monitor team performance and provide training & guidance
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Complete
  • 2–6 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / BFSI (as per role level)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
