Job Description

Business Development Manager to drive growth in our agency channel. You’ll recruit and train agents, develop sales strategies, manage relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard new agents.
• Train and support agents to meet targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong agent relationships.
• Monitor performance and market trends.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and field sales is required.
• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in analysing sales data and tracking performance is needed.
