We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to lead our Agency Channel. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of high-performing financial advisors, driving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business in the designated area.
- Identify new business opportunities and optimize performance through data analysis.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and support to improve advisor productivity.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Equip agents with the skills and tools needed to engage high-value customer segments.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing across any industry.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a team.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive team performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with both agents and clients.
