About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and energetic Area Sales Manager who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. In this role, you will directly interact with clients, understand their financial needs, and offer them customized solutions from our portfolio. No team handling – just you, your goals, and unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, leads, references, and walk-ins.
Needs Analysis: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products (insurance, investment plans, etc.).
Product Pitching: Effectively present and explain policy features, benefits, and comparisons to close deals.
Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, cross-sell, and upsell.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead Management: Follow up on leads provided by the company and ensure timely conversions.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate (any stream).
2 to 5 years of direct sales experience (insurance, loans, telecom, real estate, FMCG, etc.).
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Highly motivated and result-oriented.
