Job Description
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to increase life insurance sales through field operations and team cultivation. This role includes recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.
Roles and responsibilities ::
- Identify, recruit, and mentor insurance agents.
- Drive business development by accomplishing monthly and annual sales targets.
- Offer product knowledge and sales training to agents to boost their productivity.
- Encourage and support agents to enhance their performance and broaden their customer base.
- Connect with potential clients through direct and referral-based sales techniques.
- Foster strong relationships with agents and customers to ensure sustained success.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, including at least 6 months in a managerial role within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Salary up to 4 LPA, along with incentives and benefits.
- A motorcycle and a valid driver’s license are required.
