Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Provide training to agents on life insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive business through advisors/agents and achieve sales targets. Guide them in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting customer needs.
- Team Management: Motivate and mentor the team of agents to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
- Monitor their performance and provide necessary support.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with clients, and explore untapped growth markets.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies. Maintain daily reports and provide updates on performance metrics.
