Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Recruitment & Training: Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Provide training to agents on life insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive business through advisors/agents and achieve sales targets. Guide them in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting customer needs.
  • Team Management: Motivate and mentor the team of agents to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
  • Monitor their performance and provide necessary support.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with clients, and explore untapped growth markets.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies. Maintain daily reports and provide updates on performance metrics.
