Help the Sales Manager sell life insurance through agents. Manage and train the sales team to reach targets. Build strong relationships with agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals.
• Manage and train a team of life insurance agents.
• Build good relationships with agents.
• Analyze sales data to improve performance.
• Follow company rules and regulations.
  Requirement.
• Experience in Sales of Minimum 1+ Year
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Bachelor Degree is Mandatory
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
