Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provides training to distributors and sales people in designated territories.
• To provide product inventories and stock reports, serving as a liaison between the distributor and the company.
• Visiting current and prospective clients in a designated sales region to introduce business products and increase brand recognition.
• Keeping an eye on the sales team’s performance and inspiring members to reach or surpass goals.
• To oversee sales team members regularly and offer direction when required.
• Adheres to corporate rules while implementing disciplinary measures against staff members.
• Keeps an eye on active accounts and keeps in regular communication with the account’s primary contacts.
• Aims to boost sales growth in the region at a predetermined pace set by the business.
• Mostly to communicate with sales representatives.
Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
