Role Overview:
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for supervising and guiding the sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team
- Set and monitor sales targets
- Train and coach team members
- Track team performance and report to management
- Support in closing deals and finding new opportunities
What We Require:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
