Job Description

A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role within an organization focused on ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company’s products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training, resources, and support to help customers get started and feel confident in using the product.
  • Set clear expectations and help customers define success criteria with the product or service.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and the results they are achieving.
  • Develop customer advocates who are willing to promote the product, whether through testimonials, case studies, or referrals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
