A Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a key role within an organization focused on ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company’s products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training, resources, and support to help customers get started and feel confident in using the product.
- Set clear expectations and help customers define success criteria with the product or service.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the product and the results they are achieving.
- Develop customer advocates who are willing to promote the product, whether through testimonials, case studies, or referrals.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
