Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Person to drive business growth, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire customers
• Manage and guide field sales executives
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct market visits and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide regular support

Requirements:

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• 2+ Years of Experience in Field Sales / BFSI / Insurance / Finance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Team handling experience preferred
