Job Title: Field sales manager – Fresher
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for Sales targets through field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
- Achieve assigned targets for account openings and initial deposit values.
- Maintain relationships with new customers to encourage usage and referrals.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities such as kiosks, roadshows, and campus drives.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate in any stream
- Experience: Freshers welcome; any internship or project experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products
- Willing to work in field sales and meet daily targets
