Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities:
• Meet possible customers by expanding, preserving, and using your network. Determine the decision-makers in the client company as well as prospective clients.
• Conduct research and cultivate a rapport with potential customers. Organize meetings between the practice leaders/principals of the organization and decision-makers from the customer. Arrange your pitches and approaches.
• Create proposals with your team that address the goals, needs, and concerns of the client. Take part in the solution/service pricing process. Respond to criticism by providing clarification, highlighting agreements, and resolving disagreements in a way that leads to success.
• Employ a range of techniques when negotiating or persuading. Display a picture that is similar to the client’s.

Candidates Requirements:
– Graduation is mandatory
– Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
– CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
