Job Description

A banking sales officer is responsible for selling banking products and services to customers and helping them with their financial needs.

Responsibilities: 
Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and insurance.
Identify and approach potential customers to grow the client base.
Provide advice on the best banking solutions based on customer needs.
Meet monthly sales targets by actively reaching out to customers.
Maintain good relationships with clients and offer after-sales support.
Keep track of customer information and handle their inquiries.
Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Sales experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
Strong communication and people skills to connect with customers.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.
Problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively.
