Job Description: 
A Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in integrating banking and insurance services to meet the financial needs of customers.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Explain banking and insurance products and processes.
  • Recommend suitable financial products based on customer needs.
  • Stay informed about banking and insurance policies.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide after-sales support and services.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Qualification and Experience: 

  • Bachelors’ Degree mandatorily.
  • At least 2+ years’ experience in banking sales & marketing.
  • 3+ years in residential or native.
  • Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
