Job Summary
The role of Sales Associate focuses on assisting customers, promoting products/services and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the sales team.
• Set daily and monthly sales targets for the team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.
• Support team members in closing deals.
• Train and motivate the team to improve performance.
• Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1+years of experience in sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, enthusiastic and goal-oriented.
• Willing to travel if needed.
