The role of Sales Coordinator focuses on managing sales, coordinating with clients, internal teams and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the sales development team.
- Help the team generate new leads and set up meetings.
- Ensure monthly sales and lead targets are achieved.
- Track team performance and share regular reports.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
- Train and support team members to improve performance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- 1+years of experience in sales.
- Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to do travel in assign area.
