Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Manager to lead and support our sales coordination team. You will be responsible for organizing sales activities, helping the sales team stay on track, and making sure customers get a smooth experience from order to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide the sales coordination team
- Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups
- Work closely with the sales team to support their daily tasks
- Handle reports, sales data, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with other departments like logistics and finance
- Ensure all customer information and orders are accurate
- Help solve problems related to customer orders or delays
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in field sales and marketing.
- Good communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
