• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/agents
• Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and yearly targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance

• Ensure timely reporting and sales tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
