A well-established company is looking for a Sales Manager in Giridih. We want someone who is local, experienced in sales, and ready to get to work from day one.

Position : Sales Manager
Location : Giridih
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Cover your designated area daily and connect with new customers
– Explain our product range clearly and honestly to every prospect
– Follow up on leads until they are either converted or closed
– Share a proper daily activity report with your manager
– Take ownership of your monthly target and deliver without excuses
– Stay in regular contact with existing customers to ensure retention

Candidate Profile :
– Any Graduate can apply
– Must have minimum 2 years experience in field sales
– Must be from Giridih or currently living in the area – This is mandatory
– Sales background from any sector will be considered
– Good spoken skills in Hindi or local language
– Independent worker with high personal accountability
