Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Officer  to support our sales
efforts and enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting clients, driving sales, and
ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and provide assistance in a courteous and helpful manner.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Support in inventory control, product display, and visual merchandising.
• Handle billing and payment processes accurately.
• Foster customer loyalty through strong relationship building.
• Keep up-to-date with company promotions, policies, and operational standards.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Passionate about sales and delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic computer proficiency.
