Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, train, and develop Advisors for business growth
• Drive sales targets through effective team coordination
• Support Advisors in client acquisition and retention
• Conduct regular meetings and performance evaluations
• Identify market opportunities and expand business operations
• Ensure high productivity and efficiency of the team
• Build long-term customer relationships

Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in Field Sales / BFSI
• Graduation mandatory
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure
