Job Summary:
A Senior Sales Manager leads and motivates a sales team, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. They are responsible for setting sales quotas, analyzing market trends, and building strong client relationships, while also providing guidance and training to the team.

Channel: Agency and Direct.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop new sales representatives, according to a LinkedIn post.
- Set sales goals and targets, ensuring they align with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and coach sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Manage and oversee the sales team’s daily activities, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Create and manage sales pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for Direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
