What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth in the Direct Channel.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through strong relationship management.
Monitor sales performance and provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and best sales practices.
Who Should Apply?
8+ years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel is mandatory).
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and guiding a sales team.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Graduation is mandatory.
