Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage and guide a sales team. The role focuses on helping the team reach targets and improving their skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives
• Set daily and monthly sales targets and track progress
• Coach and support team members in client interactions and sales techniques
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback regularly
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
• Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
• Resolve customer and team issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (commerce or business background is a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to motivate a team
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
