We are looking for a Team Leader with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage and guide a sales team. The role focuses on helping the team reach targets and improving their skills.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 to 10 sales executives
- Set daily and monthly sales targets and track progress
- Coach and support team members in client interactions and sales techniques
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback regularly
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members
- Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management
- Resolve customer and team issues quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (commerce or business background is a plus)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to motivate a team
