Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager – Insurance is responsible for driving insurance product sales and expanding the customer base within a defined geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and drive sales of life, health, and general insurance products through direct and indirect channels.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and local partners.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–5 years of experience in the sales
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of insurance products
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
