Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager – Insurance is responsible for driving insurance product sales and expanding the customer base within a defined geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets in the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads and drive sales of life, health, and general insurance products through direct and indirect channels.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and local partners.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of experience in the sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
